Got the flu shot last week and the first of 2 shingles shots 4 weeks ago no after effects. For those of you who haven’t had the shingles shots you may want to look into getting them, it can be a very horrible experience to get the shingles!

My only complaint with Jocelyn is she moved too far away! She is the gold standard in my book.
