remember there is a surcharge for using a credit card, so if you get a refillable card such as a Vanilla Visa card, account for that when filling it. Be sure to use your registered email address when using a credit card of any type.

You can also send cash to the mailing address. I've never had a problem doing this. Just wrap the bills in a sheet of blank paper and include your username so Pubs knows who sent it.
