I know I've asked this before, but with the massive influx of new members to the GBN over the past 6 months, it is time to ask again.

How did you find the GBN?

I found GBN through Renee's website and then joined but didn't post! Katie talked me into checking out GBN again and looking around to find information from fellow hobbyists and clients! She also encouraged me to donate and to start posting.

You know, 1 of the ladies had asked me this before.

I realy had to think and it was from looking through the E.com interveiws where more than one of the companions said she had reviews over here on this site.
So, like I do many things, copy & paste into search, click and "Wallah" {(sp?)magicians expression} anyway a whole new very large arena of knowledge & activity came to my awareness. Of which I might ad I immeadiately became a member, followed shortly (days) thereafter a $$$
supporter. Can't say thanks enough to everyone involved in making this exist. In just less than 200 posts & about 4 months I have been enlightened to the many things that occur in the Grain Belt. I'm proud to be just a very infinitesimal part of it.

Saw a link on google about a news story. Lurked for a while, joined, met some angelic creatures, donated, and got verified, etc. I still read a lot and I know I am not quite a chatter box but I love the site. And really appreciate all of the work Pubs does and all of you great people that post.

I found it through researching the hobby. Reviews on e.com, speaking with companions and believe it or not M.Rouse recomended this site. Now I check at least 5 days a week!

I don't recall for certain, It's been a long time since I first became aware of it. I think it was from Misty, She might have mentioned it in one of her ads or on her web site. I wasn't very active on it until just lately when I met SweetCynthia and she told me that she posts there. So after visiting for a while and enjoying ( and hijacking ) the Birds N the bees Thread, I decided to upgrade to donor status.

It now seems a bit ironic, but I first saw HotJazlyn on the Friday in May that all the feces hit the fan in CU. She highly recommended the site and now I too am quickly becoming addicted to the site. With luck it will even make me less of an old fool.

This was back when I was fairly clueless and had only seen one young lady. I was scared to death of traps but found an ad for an absolutely beautiful curvy young woman called "Kissable Karissa" on CL. I decided to do some Googleling to see if she was legit and somehow found and old thread here from someone asking the same. I was hooked ever since. It's the ONLY place I feel safe.

Early on I was researching one Vanessa Leigh, out of Bloomington IN. She at the time had a Yahoo! Group of sorts - IndependentEscortsUSA - which had a link to GBN. The Yahoo! Group is now defunct, to the best of my knowledge.

Vanessa and I never did connect, but I found this site...and I already knew a few members: e.g., Kat, Sweet Olivia, both of whom had Escortblogs.net. Escortblogs.net begat Hobbyistblogs.com, and from there I grew to know Cenilguy (Central Illinois Guy), a/k/a Rimtrip, Shooter, Halbert, et alia.

She has moved to Arizona the last I talked to her. I saw her quite a bit, then I sent her a text or two, about a month ago, no answer, then I saw she was IM one day, we spoke for a little, she did not know who I was, told her, and poof, she was gone. So, do not know what happened. That was kinda of a bummer, Karrissa was a great lady...kinda miss her.

I didn't become a hobbyist until early this year. I didn't even know about craiglists or backpage. So I was broswing the net to see what sites were available for people like me starting out and found few local sites and GBN. I've lurked all these times and recently decided to sign up here.

Even though I didn't become a hobbyist until this year, I did have opportunities to taste many women around the world, visiting over 25 different countries, thanks to Navy and some well earn vacations.
