I've read four: The City We Became, Axiom's End, The Hidden Girl and Other Stories, and Shorefall. Only Hidden Girl was good, the rest were okay. I may read Paolini. I'll definitely read Harrow since I've read Gideon, but will wait until the third book comes out.

If I were doing my own list, I'd at least have the following:
The Trouble With Peace, Joe Abercrombie
Piranesi, Susanna Clarke
The Burning God, R.F. Kuang
The House in the Cerulean Sea, T.J. Klune
Black Sun, Rebecca Roanhorse
The Doors of Eden, Adrian Tchaikovsky
