Migraine relief?
Anyone had luck with relief with supplements versus pain meds?

I recently got a prescription for medicinal marijuana and it really works wonders!
But when that is not an option, I grab my vibrator and keep going till the headache eases up.

Ive suffered from migranes my whole life. I've tried everything. No supplements ever worked. Pain meds do help relieve the severity of the pain. Imitrex does take the headache away but it has adverse side effects for me.
Keep hydrated, dark room and rest. I would take the pain meds to help with the pain and time to heal
