So I seem to have acquired this. Has anyone else experienced this? I initially thought i had just stretched my tongue too much, but I suppose contact with my teeth could have caused it.

Unless you stretch before exercise, you always run the risk of pulling something.

I've done that to my tongue before.

Only need to stick it out and wiggle it around. You can kill two birds with one stone by picking the right place to stick it out and wiggle it though.
