Gender switch

As a male hobbyist, if you were to be female instead, would you become a companion?

Female companions, if you were to be male instead, would you become a hobbyist?

Hrmm... Interesting question. I'm honestly not sure. I can't say I definitely would or would not have. Certainly not based on any stupid puritanical morality BS. But based on why I became a hobbyist vs. why I believe, in the absence of actual experience, I might have become a companion as a female, I'm not 100% sure I'd have had the same impetus. There would have been a curiosity, perhaps even enough to try, but I don't know if it would have been enough to tough it through any bumpy spots. I think it would depend on how I was introduced to the business/lifestyle, and who I met (both hobbyists and other companions).

Now, if you're asking if, right now, a hypothetical trickster spirit waved his magical dingle and my dongle went "poof!" then yes, I probably would become a companion at some point. But that's based on my current understanding of my own personality and brain chemistries. It would probably take me a while to get used to the idea that I'd be catching instead of pitching, but my brain meats are pretty agile and able to adjust fairly quickly.

No. My personality would be ill-suited for it. In particular, there's no way I could tolerate a lot of the assorted riff-raff companions have to deal with.

I think I would certainly be a companion if I were female. While I like to be the one being pleased I get significantly more gratification out of being able to please my partner.

I might hire someone if I were male, I don't have any morals against it.

Yeah,
But I'd be no higher than 2nd floor in any place.

On 2nd thought, I'd use the penthouse, hopefully the wind drift from that high up will take him a block or so away before he imitated a bug splat on sidewalk.

I probably would not be a companion. I have had conversations with quite a few ladies about their abilities to spend time with, in most cases, some random guy. And I've always added that I'm not sure I could do it.

Nice guys finish last? Yes we do! Our women always finish first. Multiple times!
